Hello, can anyone help me, what should I do, I have not received service for over a month, I was told that I qualify for compensation, which will magically be granted 30 days after the problem is resolved, unfortunately this deadline has already expired and no compensation I got

I have asked the Auto compensation team to investigate,
Once the investigation is complete you will receive an SMS/Email.

I think you would have had an email from them, so it probably does need chasing up, @Michael1989.
I'll move this to the billing section for staff to look into it for you.
