We have had no contact from BT, which is why the account is still active, you will need to contact the loyalty team (03451720088 ) to place the cancellation.

Did you move your phone number to Talktalk, @SteveLaird?

 

If you didn't keep it, or switched to Full Fibre before 12th September, then Talktalk's systems won't have known about it.

 

You are always recommended to call to check that the line has ceased with Talktalk.

You are recommended to call 03451 720088 - don't use Chat, as they will have to phone you back anyway to finalise the closure.

The support number is open till 6pm today, then Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm.
