Being overcharged on my Monthly bill

A few months ago, I removed a boost package that i didnt need, and although it no longer appears in My Account Billing and Payments, I am still being charged for it...an extra £16 per month!

All efforts to contact Customer Services have failed, Live Chat has no link on the Portal...no-one answers the phones!

I've been a customer since 2010, but I'm seriously getting ticked off with the total lack of front-facing customer support!!  If they dislike serving their customers so much, just say so...i'm more than happy to go elsewhere!

Does anyone have a number or a Link that I can use to try and contact someone?  Anybody vaguely humanoid and sentient would be good!

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Thank you ferguson,  ad-blocking is off and it's still a no-show...

I'll wait and see if Support pick it up...thank you for the prompt response though, much appreciated!

If you are not seeing a link for live chat it may be that disabling ad blocking and ensuring pop-ups are enabled will make it appear, or try a different browser.

 

Alternatively, wait for the support team here to pick this up.
