I took out a new contract on 11/09/24 the amount was confirmed by email at a total of £33.00

I was told my first bill my be different due to adjustments from previous contract that I accepted,

but on my next bill was another £44.00. plus a phone call that incurred a charge I accept that. Why?

Hi EGGSPERT29

You have the calls boost active @£16 per month extra, which is the reason for the extra charge boosts are not included in the renewal offer as they can be added and removed after 30 days.

Hope that helps

Hi @EGGSPERT29 sometimes the devil is in the detail, did you have any discounted boosts running on your old contract? Typically they don't renew and thus things can get more expensive.
