I set up a direct debit for my payment, but I am being charged 12.50 for administrative fees. Why???

We had an issue last month, but your account was not part of this issue as you went live with us  this month, the direct debit setup initially failed but has been re-submitted and is now active. 

 

I cant see any pending admin fees, your next months payment should be fine.

Was this for last month, @Bee_001 ?

 

There was a glitch taking payments on 17th May which was Talktalk's responsibility. Customers in that case should not be charged the £12.50, but were also encouraged to make a one off card payment after TT failed to process billing DD.

 

We are just past 17th June. Hopefully not recurring.
