Hi all.
So from May and now June my Dads direct debit payments were not taken. When Mays was sorted there was no additional charge but when Junes came around he was charged £12.50 for a late payment as again the direct debit was not taken out. Upon some research it seems this happened to a few people and was a glitch with TalkTalk.
Could that £12.50 please be refunded if possible. Thanks.

I've phoned TalkTalk and i'm now awaiting a whatsapp chat with an expert, i'd rather talk to a human being but we'll see how it goes.
