Your direct debit is showing as pending at the moment, are you able to make a one off payment either over the phone, or you can register for My Account and pay this online.  www.talktalk.co.uk/login/

 

We will not apply the admin fee.

Please NEVER post personal information details in the public thread. The place for these is in the profile area (go via your name/avatar; settings etc...SAVE CHANGES).

 

There have been similar glitches with a few others. Staff reply Monday to Friday during the day.

 

They will not phone you. The support on this forum is online only.

Hello, I have an unpaid bill because it didn’t come out my bank on time apparently I’ve had no problems with shell energy in the past now you have taken over my account, apparently it hasn’t come out in my bank. I don’t consider this to be my my fault you said you were going to charge £12.50 administration costs I’ve already spent half an hour messing about on this chat. Give me a ring. I’ve left my phone number with you and we’ll sort it out. I’m not gonna talk to you anymore on this line.
