Billing issue - Transfer from Shell Energy

Hi, I was transferred across from Shell Energy to TalkTalk but as I had a legacy TalkTalk account there has been an issue with the direct debit and I can't log into the new account number to manage my account.  Please can you remove the old account numbers associated with my email address in order to rectify this.

@willie_cameron, staff can remove the old account details, but you should leave the Direct Debit details alone (as they were in your Shell information for DD) as Talktalk needs to get their system running properly for this.

 

If you have been told that the DD failed this month, as a Shell migration customer you won't be charged the £12.50 fee.

 

If you can't work My Account soon enough (it depends how soon staff reach this so that you can re-register) there are other ways to pay to make a one-off payment:
