Probably not, @dReamS, as Talktalk has its own billing cycle.
It's not listed among the possible options here, and even recurring card payments have been suspended for a couple of months.
The DD way of paying is responsive to the amount being variable, as long as Talktalk gives you notice in the billing email. I believe that Standing Orders are less flexible.
