I signed up to a new contract with TalkTalk on the 23rd August 2023. I was promised a voucher of £100 as part of that deal. The contract was for 18 months.
Having not heard anything I contacted TalkTalk I was asked to wait a further month that was until January. I heard nothing and so contacted TalkTalk again when I was told that I should email Gift Cloud. I did so and they asked for a number from TalkTalk. I obtained this and once again I emailed Gift Cloud. This time they saw that they have passed it to their internal team for investigation.
While I am looking for a telephone no I have found numerous complaints and people posting IS THIS A SCAM? I see so many complaints regarding this. Can you give me any advice on this matter

@Sue1942, you posted this on the mobile message board, but presumably this was for your broadband contract?
It's really a billing sort of issue, so I will move it to that department.
