I previously had a issue with my WiFi dropping out and connecting and went a week without WiFi customer service on the phone was no help so I came on this forum and I got sent a new router from the forum and this fixed the issue but due to the carry on trying to get sent a new router and get someone to listen to my problem I was having I put in a complaint fast forward to the router now working and over 6 weeks later we had a talk talk employee call us and say they wanted to send a engineer to make sure the problem was solved and that they were reading slow signals from their end they stressed that we would not be billed and if this instance was to happen we would be credited with £75 to offset the charge please can someone help me as I have now checked my bill for there to be a £75 charge and no credit!! I’m starting to think I would rather pay £££ to early exit than stay with talk talk! HELP!

A credit would show in transaction history in My Account.
