Why do talktalk make it so hard for you to cancel your service, phoned up the loyalty team asking them to cancel contract and services as it was still in my 14 day cooling period, got told it would cancel on the 27th of June (yesterday) phoned up again to the support member not knowing anything about the original request, can a member of the support here cancel the service and work on an easier way of doing this, ridiculous

Really sorry that this is still ongoing, I have checked the and cease date has been moved to the 7th due to a system issue with City Fibre.

It's still not off, what a joke of a company, all support reps said it was 27th then I get told yesterday 28th and still nothing, I need you to honor the cancellation today!

I'm not going to hold my breath, I don't see why it would cancel at midnight, 30mins to go from now and still not off, talktalk can't do anything right.

Thanks @Arne-TalkTalk I'm still waiting on the cancellation, can you look into it further and if you're able to raise a complaint and get a manager to call me back that would be great, everytime I try and do that on the phone they either stick me on hold or try and not sort the problem

Staff are working through the queue. Posting further delays the automated workflow, so it's really important to wait for their response before posting again.
