Regarding Account number XXXXXXX I have given notice of termination on the 4th December 2024 yet despite earlier communications including a letter to PO Box 675, Salford I still continue to receive billing for the service.
Can someone with the authority and communication skills complete this request ?

there is still an outstanding balance for the service untill it cancells.

@D9nàldduck, please don't post on this customer's thread. You can cancel by dialling 03451 720088 [Monday to Friday, 9am - 7pm, till 6pm Saturday]. If you need any support, please start your own topic.
@Whissendine$$, as in your last post, you shouldn't display the relevant account number in the public thread.

All your personal information details go in the profile area, or into Private Notes for your sister's, then SAVE CHANGES.
The account would need 30 days to be closed, and any processing of a letter would be slowed down due to the Christmas/New Year bank holidays etc.
Meanwhile another bill may have come in ahead of the cease date, because, until it's actually cancelled, people sometimes change their minds. It's sorted out retrospectively.
The direct debit should be kept in place for now. Any unused days will be refunded to My Account, so should be claimed back using those same details.
