Hello,
I cancelled my TalkTalk services last month and was advised I would receive a final bill and bag in the post to return broadband hardware.
I've received another bill but it doesn't indicate anywhere on there that it is a final bill.
I've not received a bag in the post to return hardware.
Please confirm
1. That services are cancelled.
2. The latest bill is the final bill.
3. There is no need to return any hardware.

The cancellation went through after the last billing date of the 17th Feb, a new bill will be issued 17th March which will show a credit for the advance payment made this month, which you can request a refund via My Account, once the refund is completed you will then get the final zero balance bill on the 17th April.

Staff will not be back on here before Monday, @Pigeon35.
It could be worth checking by phoning in to be sure that the cancellation went through.
03451 720088 till 7pm today. 9am till 6pm Saturday.
I'll move this to the billing section for staff to follow up next week.
