I've had a fibre box received to my flat, at first we didn't have fibre but now we do after clarifying with city fibre.
An engineer was supposed to come out but the appointment was cancelled and never re scheduled.
I didnt receive a black or white box with my fibre so can't do it myself, how can I get the box to connect my fibre ?? Tried live chat but I got nowhere.
