Cancelled but still being billed

Hi there,

 

I have called Talk Talk & emailed to cancel my subscription as I’m no longer in the country.

 

my subscription finished in March 2023. I left the country end of December 2022 and kept paying till the end of the term. I then promptly cancelled and was assured twice already it’s been cancelled. 

But continue to be sent bill emails AND was even contacted by a debt collection company! 

Have been suggested to come on here because the LIVE Chat function is never on and am overseas so costs are high to call which appears the only main option as email doesn’t work or at least have never had a reply. 

poor effort so far from such a big company. 

My acc number is in my profile. Please can someone assist by cancelling this subscription.

Much appreciated.

But we'll see what happens next month when I'm sent another email with a bill haha.

I'll be sure to come back and upload it here if it does happen. Hopefully not *fingers crossed
