Cancelling the £14 per month International Max Calls Boost

Why can I not cancel the above monthly payment which I no longer need? When I follow the suggested means, the list of boosts I am able to cancel does not include this one.

The boost was removed yesterday, and a credit has been raised  to remove charge.

Boost removal from My Account has been unreliable for at least two years, @HarzWern997.
