I received a letter from TT saying that they could not send bills to a TT email address although it works fine for everyone else! I changed it to another one which I now have to use to login to my account although my password remained unchanged. I cannot change back to the old address even after several months as account already appears to exist. Is this a security issue as well as inconvenient because incorrect old information still on their servers after a system malfunction?

The last bill notification that bounced was in March this year.
