Cashback and missing order reference

I've recently moved to full fibre and when I signed up I went via a cashback offer. Unfortunately it hasn't tracked correctly and when I supply the order reference or account number they state it's not valid.
For Talk Talk we need a reference beginning with "N7", "N8" or S0, followed by 7 digits, please can you provide this reference.
Any ideas where this can be found?

It should have been a £125 Amazon voucher. It was an offer directly with talktalk. I had an initial email saying it tracked but the status hasn't updated since then.

I cant find your order reference anywhere on your account, which indicates there is a fault at our side as the service is live. I'll need to log this for you.
How much was the cashback for?
