Changed direct debit and got email payment didn't go through. Also I will be charged extra £12.50 admin fee for my next bill. How is that my fault? I paid with new card as soon as I got the email. Any way to waive the admin fee?

I have checked your account.
You changed the direct debit on the day your bill was produced, unfortunately that didn't give enough time for it to activate , therefore when you payment was due there was no valid direct debit instruction, resulting in the failure and the charge.
Your next bill is due on the 28th , let me know when its produced and if there is a fee I can waive it.
