Conflicting emails over bills

Hi I’ve had two emails from talk talk this month, one telling me I don’t need to pay anything, because my account is in credit, the second that I do need to pay, but the amount is more than what my monthly contract is & I pay by direct debit, yet I’m being asked to make a card payment. Very confusing

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
