Confused by price rise

Hi there,

 

Could someone clarify this for me please? There seems to be a bit of confusion and conflicting advice out there and I haven't slept too well this week 😋

 

I'm currently paying £27.00 per month for Fibre 65. Today I've had an email to say it's going up by 0.68p a month as my contract has just finished and I haven't renewed it.

 

Does this mean it's going up 0.68p every month incrementally so an extra 12 month cost of £8.16?

Hi @joh42mar

 

It means that your base price will increase from £27 per month, to £27.68 per month as you are on fixed price plus but out of contract
