I phoned to say wasn't renewing contract and I even put in writing recorded delivery im still getting billed

I cant see any contact over the phone to cancel.

 

Call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to help.

Did you actually say to them "cancel"?

 

The service continues on a rolling contract unless you either switch providers and move the phone number across, or specifically cancel, @1013594582B.

 

....and it's really not a good idea to use something like your account number as a forum name.... Anything like that should be in the profile area only.

 

I'll move this to the billing section as it has nothing to do with emails, where you posted.

 

Talktalk needs 30 days' notice to end a contract, so if the billing cycle and end of contact dates don't match, you are likely to be billed for a new month.

 

Keep your Direct Debit in place until you have received a bill for £0.00. Remember to return equipment.
