How did you renew? Did you not get an email confirming it? The support team can check when they pick this up. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Thanks. I knew it was 14 days but i was trying to find the date when i renewed.
