Credits to my account

Hi I accepted a continuation of contract the offer was an increase in monthly amount over 18 months plus a shopping voucher  £100 which never arrived , I have contacted talk talk and have now been offered £100 credit to my account on two separate phone occasions , and having received two emails confirming this , the problem is no credit as been applied to my account, I have now spent over 3 hours on the phone , please can this be sorted out as talktalk are miss selling contracts

@fastcar123=, look for it in Transaction History in My Account. 

 

If it's still not showing, staff can follow this up for you, but you must complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. Add your Talktalk landline number  / account number in there. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Your thread is in the queue for attention. Staff reply during the day Monday to Friday.
