my WiFi has been disconnected since January due to me not being able to pay it but I paid the bill of £106 on 21.08.24 and it went though but you haven’t on your end just wondering if anyone knows what’s happening

The service is disconnected and can only be reconnected by placing a new order.

@tialove808, it's worth unplugging the router and leaving it off for fully 30 minutes.
This is recommended after you have paid, after the service is supposed to have been restored.
Try it before contacting them for help.
