Echo dot hasn't arrived yet

I was connected 15/02/2023 and was an echo dot in my contract somehow. 

I received a Ł75 Giftcloud yesterday but I haven't received Echo dot voucher. Or was it meant this giftcard as Echo Dot? I am confused.
