Hi

Can a TalkTalk employee let me know if I am out of contract, I believe I am but I want to have some confirmation. Thanks

Please return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread, @Ryanmcclure1.

Staff will be able to check the status of your service but you will be billed for 30 days' notice - if you moved to another ISP you sometimes still must tell Talktalk.

Anyway, start your own thread and staff will look into it for you during the week.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

No worries, the support team will pick this up as soon as they can. How this will save any "hassle" going forwards I am unsure.  😉

As I said I just want to double check (with a TalkTalk human, rather then a webpage) that I am definitely out of contract.

I'm sure that I am however before leaving for greener pastures I like to check, it saves me hassle and after reading a number of posts over the years TalkTalk does give a number of users hassle.

OK, not sure what more they can add? If you were on a fixed price contract then that won't go up until April.

Yes, I can see the end of contract there however its says I have been out of contract since last May and at that time there was no increase in payments (which is a plus point). I just want to double check that I definitely am out of contract.

You should be able to check this from My Account.
