Hi
I've been charged £75 for an engineer visit when the engineer stated the fault was with the router and then the wiring outside the property. According to the terms customers should not be charged.
please could this be looked into? I will also phone as I would like this resolved prior to the billing.
i did post a previous concern but didn’t reply as I’m finding it difficult to navigate the forum and have cancelled with talk talk.

If you have now cancelled I am not sure where this leaves you going forward. Bear in mind that the support team won't be back online until Monday.
