Hi, just been talking to Chris, 6/1/25, from about 2.30pm - 3pm re. sorting out my elderly parents account. He was brilliant. Unfortunately as I rang from my landline I was unable to 'rate' his call, with no facility to receive texts to tell everyone how good he was! If at all possible I would very much appreciate his great customer service recognised!
