Failed first DD payment upon transfer

On the 12th of July you wrote to say you are taking over my account from Shell/Octopus & that you would handle everything including transferring my direct debit, I do not need to do anything.
The failed DD mentioned in today's email is not my fault or responsibility, it something you have done or failed to do.
My account has ample funds to cover this small payment.
Please delete the added £12.50 charge, sort out your problems and process the DD payment correctly as promised.

The direct debit instruction is showing as pending, this is an issue we are aware of , You will NOT be charged an admin fee, we are are asking in the meantime to make a one off payment this month either online or over the phone.

You won't be charged the £12.50, @peterHfisher - there's been a mistake that is Talktalk's responsibility.
