Can you explain why my bill has risen from £37.50 to £48?

You had discounts for the supersafe boost and unlimited calls boost which finished 22 Feb, both these boost are now full price.
Your minimum term has also expired so call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to help.

Contract period and/or boost discounts may have ended?
Additional out of contract charges this month (phone calls etc.) perhaps?
Have you actually looked at your bill to see what part of it has changed?
