Hello second attempt at fraud the second time I received an email from talk talk requesting the return of the equipment the first time I called and explained everything I provided a code confirming the sending of the equipment which confirms that the equipment has been delivered to you Please stop persecuting me I am enclosing the tracking number again  XE961914956GB The equipment was assigned to me

If you add your account number to your community profile, I will add the tracking number to you account and you wont get charged.

They are efficient at sending out these emails and very poor at actually processing the returns, @Mandaryn25.

 

Ensure your community forum profile details are complete for staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu: Personal Information. 

 

SAVE CHANGES.
