I was told I would be able to claim a free amazon echo dot when I signed up to full fibre with a eero router, but it seems impossible to claim it, has anyone else having a problem, and how do I get one.

"Me too" doesn't help the original poster in any way, @ticknermp.

Thanks for starting your own thread meanwhile.

I'll re-escalate this one for the OP, and close the thread to new comments from customers until staff have a chance to reach it again.

They are on the forum daytime, Monday to Friday.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

What's your point?

I was replying to say I was having the same issue.

Never said "help me too" in this thread. 🤦🏻‍♂️

No, @ticknermp, the solution is to be found if you start your own topic.

Staff only respond to the original poster.

This is also indicated earlier in this thread.

OMG!

This is exactly the issue I'm having!

TalkTalk say speak to Amazon as they fulfil, but Amazon say we can't fulfil until you order something!

I just cannot get the idiots at TalkTalk to realise their processes are not working!

Only solution is to open a claim in the small claims court.

Good to see that you have started your own other thread, @StuartH1.

Please just follow up on there - staff haven't had a chance to reach @SmurfMK2's post yet, and they only reply to the original poster.

Yes - Same.

I opened a complaint and was sent a link to Amazon as I was told "As Amazon despatch all the devices, you'll need to contact Amazon directly "

When I contacted Amazon, they wouldn't help me without a voucher code. I went back to customer services, rasied the same issue and was sent another link to Amazon, as before.

Still unresolved.
