Full Fibre voucher not yet received

Hello,

My Full Fibre broadband started in early October 2024 and I was promised a gift voucher within 120 days. It is now well beyond that and I still haven't received it.

Can anyone help please?

How did you sign up, was it via a 3rd party site ie comparethemarket etc
