I had fibre to the premises installed last year and it works fine but I realised I have not been getting bills. I have been through several departments on chat and on calls all of who are telling me my account is closed. They don't seem to be able to do anything about the fact that I am receiving broadband but no bills for it.

It's been nearly two weeks now and I haven't heard anything so I am not sure that it has been logged as an issue but I don't know how I can get it logged as an issue because everyone I speak to on the phone just tells me my service is disconnected.

The account does show as disconnected, we will need to log this as a fault.
