I signed onto a new contract in August and have not received my gift incentive. How do I go about finding out when I'll receive it?

What was specifically offered?

 

There are lots of different incentives given, @Pumpkin6, so it will be like looking for a needle in a haystack without further information. 

 

Helpful if you can complete your community forum profile details for staff to identify your account  - it's useful to have this done for all support issues. 

 

Please go via your avatar, settings....complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
