@MrBlue52You have to really kick up a fuss, otherwise very little is done. As I said it took me nearly 6 months to finally get a result albeit not the voucher I was promised. They finally gave me a £100 voucher and £5 off my bill, but I had to badger them constantly. I suggest you do the same.

Yes it has been sorted now but not in the way you suggest. I still didn't get the £105 voucher promised and it took nearly 6 months for TalkTalk to get it's collective finger out and finally provide me with a £100 voucher with Amazon and a fiver off my next bill. Certainly not what was offered and accepted at the start.

 

If this is a problem with Gift Cloud then surely TalkTalk should be pulling it's contract with them and going elsewhere, not leaving up to customers to go chasing around trying to get what was promised as a sweetener to join. Poor, very poor!

@MrBlue52 I have had the same experience and if you read this thread you will see what has happened to me. And believe me when I say, you're not alone. You just have trawl through the numerous threads to see that many others are having the same problem.
