Giftcard not received

I have been signed up to Fibre 500 since June of this year. My broadband deal included a £75 gift card, but I have not yet received it (see screenshot attached of rewards.giftcard.com page). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
