Hi @KEITH91

 

Your account is in credit, even though you have left us My Account is still accessible, So you can request a refund by logging in.

If you are due money back, it will show up in a bill as a credit in My Account. 

 

Check Transaction History. 

 

If you have left your Direct Debit details in place you claim it back from My Account. 

 

If you cancelled the DD, you'll have to ask for a cheque to be sent, @KEITH91.

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including the relevant TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
