Hi, I've cancelled my TT service as I've moved home on 3rd April. I was told my service had to be cancelled on 21st April at the earliest and I was charged an early termination fee which was paid this month.
Now I've received a bill at £0 and when I've logged into my old account it is still showing the package as live and says my next bill will be issued at the end of June.
I've returned my TT equipment and had confirmation of receipt. Can my TT account please be closed completely.

It's kept open for 12 months in case you need information from it, @elainejappy.
You might want to explore the "right to be forgotten" option if you wish it to be shut down sooner.
