Sorry I know it's been posted quite a lot but I need the admin guy to help me as I just can't seem get help from giftcard people.

 

It's been over the 90 days.

Staff will pick this up during the day, @Beckett86.

 

Make sure that you have added your Talktalk phone number  / account number in Personal Information. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings etc....

SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff need this information, which is only visible to you and them, to identify your account.
