Are you able to take off the UK unlimited calls boost please from my account? I don't wish to be charged this now as I don't use the phone hardly at all, so it's better value for me to just pay for calls adhoc.

You are right, @JulieB6. There is a fault in My Account which has been happening on and off for the past year.
You need to contact support after 9am:

Or add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account and they can remove it for you. Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
