Hello I terminated my contract early on the 20th May due to moving house and being unable to take your services with me. I was told I would need to pay £80 as an early cancellation fee, which is fine. I have not been prompted to pay this £80 and still seem to be getting charged monthly payments. I just received an email for my next monthly bill due on 30th June for an amount of £46.74. Last month on 30th May I was billed £31.98. On the "Upcoming" page it says I will be billed in July as well. Please can you clarify why I am still paying monthly, whether those payments should have happened and how I can pay my £80 cancellation fee. Thank you!
