I cannot get logged into my account this is the 7 attempt I have had since receiving my bill - it says technical problem or nothing at all.

The Chat Now doesn't work either.

I'm sorry for the delay. Is this still happening? Have you tried using a different browser?

Disable ad blockers and enable pop ups. Or try another browser, @kazza1.

 

That should at least resolve the Chat Now issue.
