After losing broadband for 14days a couple of months ago, my complaint was eventually resolved. I was informed last Friday (6/9/24) I would get compensation as per Offcom rules and also a months free internet. It appears from my account the 1 month has been credited, however I have not received the approx £140 compensation i was promised. When will I expect this and will it be added to my account or transferred to my bank account?

The credit is added to you TalkTalk account and you need to request a refund via My Account, its is not refunded automatically.
