Moves from shell can't access account

My broadband has been moved from Shell, but when I log into my account it only shows my previous disconnected two talktalk accounts it doesn't show my current account.
I tried to re-register using my email but it threw an error.
Is there a way to add in my new account to what appears to be my currently active account?
I switched back in May so any changes should have gone through by now.
Thanks
Paul

Staff can remove the old account details, @Sankesolutions, and then you'll be able to register afresh.
Not till after the weekend, however.
