How to remove TV add on and UK Call Boost?

I updated my contract but wasn't expecting my bill to rise to £55!!  I have the talk talk TV ad on enabled and I can't turn it off.  UK call boost has also risen to £16!  I need these fees removed please.

Thanks for the reply Gliwmaeden2.  The staff did send me a private message, in which I responded that I needed more help.  I haven't heard back from any member of staff in the private messages since.   Will a member of staff reply to me again in private message?  No one has replied since Monday.

@Rosina0000, a moderator has merged your separate posts into one thread and removed your chaser.

You should be able to access PMs via the message envelope, in the profile area. 

 

Any links in the PM expire quite quickly, so if you don't pick up the message and respond immediately, staff will need to send you a fresh link.

 

Please look out for a further response from staff during the day Thursday  / Friday.  They won't be on here at the weekend.
