29.01.25 .............I can access my account and see my bill but when trying to see billing details all I get is the spinning dot circle, this is still occurring today. It is the same when I tried to ask the same question via the chat box, that too gets the spinning wheel treatment. All I want to know is what the additional charges are on my bill. I use Chrome, it is up to date and I have cleared the cache. There appears to be no other way to get this information,

Got my email today to say my latest bill is ready to view. I too get the continuous spinning circle after i have logged in. This has been the case for a few months now when my bill is ready. Nothing has changed at my end so it must be something wrong at TalkTalk.

Likewise, however, I feel the techie people like to make the problem yours rather than sort out the real IT issues. And, to get around it I’ve loaded the TalkTalk app onto my mobile phone, so I can see my bills & all my other details now. I do think that banks, TalkTalk, etc want you to use mobile apps nowadays but you need to make your mobile secure. Cheers.

I have the same problems but I am not tech savvy and have been asked to create a new address but resisting this. Is there another solution.

I can also access my account and get the spinning circle of death when I want to see my bills. I’ve not made any changes to the browser & the history is clear. Cheers.
