Broadband contract renewal not showing on My Account

Hello,

 

I renewed my broadband contract with TalkTalk ( additional 18 months to June 2026) some 2 weeks ago and logged into My Account today to check that all was in order but I am getting an hourly glass where my package details should show and weird billing pop ups (N.B. to confirm that I am a DD customer and all my billing is up to date, last invoice and payment was on December 6th) so concerned that my account was messed up when they set-up the renewal. I only subscribe to broadband 65 services and have no paid Add-ons.

Would you please be so kind to check that the renewal was set up correctly and My Account is in order.

Please do ignore my post! My account has now updated itself, I likely logged in at the same time it was being updated and this caused issues. All is fine now.
